The Garopa, which sits next to sister hotel, The Funana, will appeal to anyone looking for a hotel based all inclusive hotel although perhaps it is not for those wanting to experience the atmosphere of Cape Verde. Guests can make use of all amenities at both hotels and with the numerous activities on offer, it is not necessary to leave the hotels' ground.

Location
On the beachfront, 1.5km to Santa Maria. Although the complex is situated next to the beach, it can take a while to walk there from some parts of the hotel and care should be taken in the sea, as this part of the coast can experience large waves.
