Regional Activities: Yachting and sailing
St Barts is a popular destination in the world of yachting as it lies midway between Antigua and Virgin Gorda, two major sailing centers. Several colourful regattas are held annually in April/May which. Boats can be chartered locally.
Deep-sea fishing
Charter boats are available and popular catches are tuna, bonito, dorade, marlin, wahoo and barracuda.
Scuba diving and snorkeling
Day trips, equipment hire and tuition are available as well as night dives.
Windsurfing, para-sailing, and water-skiing
These activities and tuition are available at several of the hotels and many of the beaches.

Tennis
Most of the hotels have tennis course, some with flood lights, otherwise there are two tennis clubs. Tuition can be arranged.

Horse Riding
Daily two-hour excursions are operated for both beginners and experienced riders.

There are hiking trails all over St. Barths, the tourist office can provide maps and advice.
