You would be hard pressed to find more variety in a single country. Ever.
The Peoples Republic of China is like a whole continent in a single country. As the third largest country and with a population of 1.2 billion it is actually larger and more populous than many continents.
As one would expect the sheer diversity and number of holidays available is staggering. This is mainly due to the fact that China contains within it every type of climate. There are beaches, deserts, fjords, cities, mountains and jungles to name a few. Add to this some of the most spectacular historical and architectural monuments in the world and you have a holiday destination begging to have time thrown at it.
A month is how long you would need to cover most of this country as part of a whistle stop tour. We can also offer shorter tours or combinations of them. A cruise up the Yangtze river, for example, followed by a week in Beijing and then another touring the Great Wall.
This isn’t to say that one shouldn’t go on a short holiday to China. There are beautiful beaches, on Hainan Island, which are open all year and ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. The waters of the pacific and its equatorial position combine to make sure that there is never any hint of winter. A number of the tours are also designed with shorter time periods in mind.
It is hard to describe what it feels like to visit China. All that remains to be said is that it is an essential destination for any traveller.
