Bonaire - a divers paradise
Bonaire is located in the Dutch Caribbean (south Caribbean) and has until recently been a secret treasure only known by the Dutch, diving enthusiasts and cruise passengers. Luckily, this paradise island is now easy accessible from 15 airports around the UK.
Bonaire is described in many ways - 'the Caribbean's best kept secret', 'unhurried, unspoiled and unforgettable' - and has the reputation of being an island with a slow pace of life and an easygoing population. There are no high-rise hotels, and traffic jams are non-existent.
Bonaire offers something for everyone. The capital of Bonaire, Kralendijk has a wide selection of bars with active nightlife, shopping, and many first class restaurants. Around the island there are plenty of activities on offer.
